Inconsistant
Well I am not very good at posting regularily. I try but I just can't seem to find the energy...then I super post. That is what I did today, Lots of pictures maybe not a lot of information but I will get better. I can sure see how blogging can be cathartic and I am hoping to use it more for that in the future. Until then I hope you enjoy the pictures!
A trip to the park
We went to the park for the first time this spring. Okay technically the second time but the first time the snow was still up to our thighs...that is not an exaggeration. We went with A's friend from preschool and his mom and two brothers as well as Bella and her mom. The kids got VERY wet. There was a lake under the playground! But the wet was worth it cause the kids were going stir crazy from being in the house for so long during this never ending winter. The snow is finally almost gone and my tulips are poking up in the flower beds so it seems that spring is really here!

This is my girl...
So the other night we put the kids to bed and as usual A. is playing around before she goes to sleep and about half an hour later she comes into the living room looking like this.....And I should point out a few very important pieces of attire 1. tiger halloween costume, 2. football toque, 3. princess slippers, 4. hidden under the costume is a sparkly "A" necklace, which was the reason she needed to leave her room. She needed Dad to put it on for her. So being the kind of mom that I am I took about 10 pictures of her, she posed in a different way for ALL of them. Such a silly girl.
Cranky Boys
Daddy and C. cuddling at Grandma's house. C. was feeling a bit grouchy. Considering how sick we have all been for the last month and a half I am not really surprised that he has been grouchy. He is at least doing better at night now. Dad does not have to spend a few hours sleeping with C. on the couch. These days C. just toddles into out bedroom dragging his blanet behind him and climbs up to sleep with us. It seems that we just don't have the heart (or energy) to send him back to his own bed. I will admit that there is a part of me that kind of enjoys the late night snuggles. Then there is this other really tired part of me that would really like him to just stay in bed. Who said motherhood would be easy......

Making up for lost time
It seems that I haven't posted in a very long time. I guess I figured that I needed to make up for lost time. Lots of stuff has been going on but nothing important so I guess that I just kept putting it off. In my defense we have all been very sick. A round of chest infestions for me and B and C and A wound up with a wicked ear infection. And if you know anything about the health care in GP you know that you have to be pretty darn sick to finally go get something checked out. It seems like it is just one thing after another and I gotta say I am getting very frustrated. I am ready to just be healthy. I am sure the kids feel the same way. Good news is that the depression seems to be leveled off...now if I can get the PMS under control I might actually start to feel like a real human being one day!

Sleeping with the Kitties
C was so pooped after a long day playing and hanging out at Grandma's house that he fell fast asleep on the couch. VERY unusual for my monsters. The cats figured he made a good sleeping companion and crashed right along side him. They also had no problem when he rolled over and plopped his foot on top of them.
Puppies
Mom and Dad have a whole menagerie now. New puppies to go with the kitties. This is Bacardi and Kahlua. (mommy puppy was Malibu so obviously we had to go with more liquor names). The cats were a bit upset but only for a few days and now mom and dad have 4 crazy animals chasing each other around the house. They can't wait for the weather to improve so they can all go live outside (secretly we all think they will all wind up living in the house even in the summer)
